This pre-configuration service takes away from you the initial set up work and ensures that your camera(s) will be connected correctly.

Pre-configuration is ideal for you if you are unsure of your network settings, if you want to make installation as simple as possible, or if you simply want it to work first-time when you plug it in. Although most IP cameras provide basic instructions for initial setup these instructions can be difficult to follow for customers without networking experience. Our technical support team have many years of experience in setting up network cameras for both consumers and business customers.
