Panasonic BL-C1A - Overview

The Panasonic BL-C1A network camera is a compact and economical way to experience an IP camera with built-in multi-camera monitoring, video motion detection and image transfer by email or FTP.

Compact and discreet, the Panasonic BL-C1A is ideal for home security, keeping an eye on elderly relatives or even the household pet when you are not at home. The camera produces color video at a maximum resolution of 640x480 pixels (VGA) delivered at a frame-rate of up to 15 frames per second (at 320x240). In Color Night View Mode the camera’s brightness settings are automatically adjusted when the light level becomes dimmed, delivering useful color images down to a light level of 4 lux. Advanced features include a built-in multi-camera viewing feature which allows you to view up to 12 individual cameras on one screen. Alarm management tools allow for the setup of events such as image transfer by email when triggered by an action such as motion detection or based on a timed schedule. The Panasonic BL-C1A is easy to install, configure and maintain and comes with a 1 channel recording software license, free dynamic DNS service (Viewnetcam.com) to reduce the need for fixed address settings, and a dedicated live image view for mobile phone users like iPHONE/Blackberry/PDA.
