The Axis 211 network camera is a high quality IP camera offering Power over Ethernet connectivity and advanced alarm management features.

Having a built-in web-server allows the IP camera to transmit live video across IP-based networks such as a Local Area Network (LAN) or remotely across the Internet. With built-in support for Power-over-Ethernet (PoE), the power and data can be run to the camera in one standard Ethernet cable, simplifying installation. Progressive scan technology and advanced real-time video processing delivers high quality images at a maximum resolution of 640x480 pixels at up to 30 frames per second. The Axis 211 IP network camera also includes powerful alarm management tools allowing email notifications to be sent with images attached based on triggers such as motion detection or external sensors. With free video management software, dynamic DNS service and 1-channel recording software the camera is easy to install, manage and maintain. Like all IP cameras offered on www.networkwebcams.com, the Axis 211 has a built-in web server and can be viewed over a Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN) or via the Internet as a streaming IP webcam.
