The Axis 243SA is a 1-port video server with built-in motion detection and support for pan-tilt-zoom compatible analog cameras.

The Axis 243SA is a 1-port video server providing full frame-rate digital surveillance from a traditional analog CCTV camera over IP-based networks such as a local network (LAN) or remotely across the Internet. Images are delivered across the network at a maximum resolution of 704x480 and at a smooth frame-rate of 30 frames per second at any resolution or video mode. 2-way audio support allows you to listen-in to sounds around the camera as well as issue orders or instructions to people at the camera’s location. Advanced features include support for compatible pan-tilt-zoom analog cameras, allowing control of the cameras remotely and a comprehensive alarm management toolset which provides image transfer functions by email or FTP based on triggered events such as motion detection, external sensor input or simply based on a timed schedule. Easy to install, configure and maintain, the Axis 243SA 1-port video server provides an ideal solution for digital distribution of your live streaming images over IP-based networks.
