IQeye 4 Series IQ042S - Overview

The IQ042S is a 2.0 megapixel network camera from IQeye’s 4-series range of affordable high-resolution IP cameras.

IQeye are specialists in megapixel IP camera technology and with the IQ042S the deliver an affordable camera with a 2.0 megapixel resolution giving a maximum image size of 1600x1200. This provides highly detailed images, perfect for IP CCTV monitoring or home security.

IQeye 4 Series IP cameras also support Power over Ethernet as standard meaning they can be powered using the same cable which delivers the live video stream over the network. This makes installation quick, easy and cost effective and allows you to place the camera in wide range of locations. Like all IP cameras offered by Network Webcams, the IQ042S IP camera has a built-in web server and can be viewed over a Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN) or via the Internet as a streaming IP webcam.
