Axis P5534 - 0314-004 - Overview:
The Axis P5534 is a dome IP camera which offers HDTV quality video footage with 360° pan, 180° tilt and 18x optical zoom. The camera can capture video footage at 720P resolution at frame rates up to 30 frames per second. H.264 video compression is also featured which provides high quality video footage while reducing network bandwidth and storage requirements.
On-camera recording to SD/SDHC card is also available on the P5534, eliminating the need for external recording equipment. In addition to this the camera offers the Gatekeeper function where the camera, on event such as motion detection or external trigger, can zoom into a set point such as a gate or doorway. The camera can then zoom out again after a pre-determined time.
The P5534 is quick and easy to install, making use of High Power over Ethernet (PoE) where data and power are combined into a single network cable. A High PoE midspan is included with the camera. Like all IP cameras offered by www.networkwebcams.com, the Axis P5534 has a built-in web server and can be viewed over a Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN) or via the Internet as a streaming IP webcam.
