Deliveries are made on normal working days between 8am and 5pm local time. We cannot specify exact delivery times. If no one is available to accept delivery at the specified address, the package will be returned to the carrier's nearest local depot. A card will be left at your address with details to arrange re-delivery or collection of your order. All items delivered by courier will need to be signed for. You must not accept delivery if the item(s) appears damaged on arrival. For further information about damaged items and our returns policy, please view our terms and conditions.

Order tracking

We mainly use FedEx and UPS for our shipments. When you order, you will receive an order confirmation followed by order status updates until the item is delivered at your door. You will receive a carrier reference allowing you to track the shipment of your order online. You will be up-to-date with the status of your order at any time.

Taxes

We are based in New York State and therefore all orders placed with us are subject to New York State Tax at the current rate(s). We will not charge sales tax on your order if you are purchasing from outside New York State. Resellers in New York State will be charged taxes unless a valid Resale Certificate is provided.
